Nov. 12: Young Christian Students(YCS) conducted Volleyball and throwball match to the varado YCS youth on 12th November 2012. The inaugural function began at 10.A.M. The parish priest Fr.Basil Vas inaugruated the above matches and delivered the encouraging words to the teams. District Assistant Director of Agriculture(D.K),Mr.Paul.F.Miranda was also present on this ocassion. Taccode YCS girls team won the throwball match and volleyball match was won by Gantalkatte YCS boys team. Altogether 18 teams participated. Fr.Vernan Vas, the YCS varado Youth Co-Ordinator honoured the winners.Mr.Ivan Pinto the animator,Mr.Prinson Rego,the president and members of YCS Alangar organized the match successfully.
