National Youth Director Fr. Franklin D'Souza was the main celebrant for the mass at 7:30 pm. Fr. Henry Fernandes CSSR, Fr. Bail Vas Parish Priest concelebrated assisted by Deacon Ravi Serrao.

The mass was held at the new open auditorium 'Yathri Mantap'. Fr. Franklin exhorted in his sermon to be cautious about the commercialization of Christmas and concentrate more on the Person of Jesus and His values.

Around 1000 people participated; Coffee and Cake was distributed after the mass. ICYM conducted the Christmas programme after the mass. The variety entertainment competitions were held among the wards. The programme got over at 12:00 am.
