Bishop Peter Paul Confers Sacrament of Confirmation at Holy Rosary Church Alangar

Rt Rev Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, Bishop of Mangalore administered the Sacrament of Confirmation to 85 Candidates of Holy Rosary Church, Alangar near here on 2nd January 2021.

During this occasion two Devotional Kannada CDs produced by Fr Walter D’Souza and Fr Maxim D'Souza - DIVYAARATHI , a melodious CD of Kannada Prayer Songs and BHAKTHIGAANA, devotional Kannada Bhajans for all occasions, were released by Bishop Peter Paul Saldanha.

Bishop and all the confirmands witnessed an exhibition of catechism activities of catechism children on the theme of Bible, Mother Mary, Saints and Christmas.

Fr Rakesh Mathias CSsR, superior of Nithyadar Nivas, a guest priest, and a redemptorist deacon were present.
